We hadn't come in for a while and had changed the menu, we tried a few new dishes and were at the level of the previous ones. A Russian salad, a tomato salad and figs, a pibil pork huarache and sensational ham croquettes were the incomings; all good. Second, we asked for the brass that was a show, the tongue of veal and the bass loin of hereford in chimichurri emulsion also very surprising. We just tried, practically, all the desserts... however, if I had to stay with one would be the goat cheesecake; I'm a big fan of more cheesecakes and it's plummed in the top. It is worth noting the quality-price ratio and the good make of david reartes and kelly matías.
