Some of the staff here at Superstore are very rude and unprofessional!! They ignore you when you call them! I would not really recommend people to shop here as some staff can be very unprofessional and rude. I was there today and I had to call a lady 4-5 times before she ever even looked at me! I know she heard me, she just wanted to ignore me! Then proceeded to answer me in a very short manner. Train your staff to be kind please
After we were done shopping and got back to the car we found out we had locked the keys in the car with the window open a little. Went back inside and told the staff our situation they were really helpful and helped us get back into the car. Thanks Sandi sure appreciate the help!
Why is this store always having stock issues? Either that or staff lie about their store not having stock when I do PC express pickup. Also when I select blue superstore tote option on my pickup order they never bring out blue totes to swap with my old ones.
Lots of consistent stock, prices are (mostly) reasonable. Don't often have to wait for checkout. Self checkout available. Carts require a loonie. Big parking lot. Recommended. Bought a $5 pack of croissants here yesterday and they taste terrible! Blech! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Not much organic produce to choose from. Produce is never fresh either. Everything is over priced and the self checkouts are taking people's jobs. What a nightmare. Whats with the big metal gates at all of the doors? Who are you trying to keep out?
Some things are good but lots to be improved. Poorly stocked, some things not even there, 2 cash registers going and they're pushing you through self checkout. The liquor store didn't have any deals as well.
Worst experience. they are not changing the prices , when we go to the checkout desk then they will say its yesterday's price. Although the staff is very rude .
