On Wednesday, January 19th, at 5:50 PM, I purchased two drinks—one hot and one cold. I found out they were out of tapioca, which I understood since I arrived just 10 minutes before closing. After paying for a large hot drink, the server told me they don’t offer large hot sizes, so I had to accept a medium, even though I had already paid for a large. This was the first time I encountered this issue at this location, so I let it slide, told her it was no problem, and enjoyed the delicious drinks.

I went to the cash register to place an order. They told me if I were paying with a card I have to use the kiosk. I told them that I tried using kiosk and it was in French and I couldn?t understand some of the things there (as I don?t speak Frenchunfortunately). So I requested them if I can place an order with them. They said no to me and their reason was that they werereally busy. I understand that they are busy. But it?s not my fault. It?s not their fault either (the people working there).It?s their management?s fault for making the place short staffed. But that doesn?t give workers the right to be rude tocustomers and mock them.
At Real Fruit Bubble Tea, we tried both the fruit slushes—mango and honeydew—and the milk tea. The fruit slushes were refreshing and not too sweet, made with real fruit rather than powders, which is a big plus. The mango diamond slush definitely stood out and it's clear why it's one of the top items on their menu. The milk teas were fairly average, though. What truly impressed me was the service; it was speedy despite the busy crowd.
Terrible customer service. There was a line up and a lady asked if she could go to register since no one was there, we didn?t see any problem with it. The people working there got mad at her for going to the register and started getting mad and pointedfingers at not only me but the other people in line too. They have no right to get mad at a customer for wanting to order andpay and then blame other people in line.

The service is satisfactory, and the prices are reasonable. However, I am worried about the hygiene standards among the staff. Many either don’t wear hairnets properly or skip them altogether, and their hair isn’t tied back securely. This lack of cleanliness is concerning, particularly since most of the staff are women, and there is a noticeable amount of hair around. It feels quite unprofessional.
Mary is super awesome!!! Broke down the intimidating menu and took the time to give me a personally tailored suggestion, and let me try the drink in front of her to ensure satisfaction. She honestly made my week, and the drink came out amazing on thefirst try. Couldn?t have for better ??
Tasty mango slush with decent amount of mango pieces. Why 4 stars istead of 5. Because the employees there would not Crack a smile if their life depended on it. Been to this place not once but several times.
Amazing mango drink, it?s a must try. I also really like the Pina colada. The staff were very friendly and even showed me how to use the straws.
