I usually don't mind going to this restaurant, but I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered two small yogurts but was charged for two medium ones. The yogurt cups were not filled with as much fruit as other places I have been to. I requested granola but was given oats instead. I asked for a yogurt with half natural flavor and half strawberry, but this was not fulfilled. Additionally, I received two small corns that were only two-thirds full and did not have any Mayo added. The cashier seemed to be aware of the overcharge but hesitated to provide me with a receipt. I felt that she was trying to belittle me because of my race. I usually don’t mind going to this location but I went today and it wasn’t the best. For 1 I was charged for 2 medium yogurts when I got 2 small. She didn’t fill the cup with fruit like the other places.I asked for granola and she used oats. I also asked for a natural and half natural and half strawberry and that didn’t happen. I also got 2 small corns which were 60 full and she didn’t even add the Mayo. She also knew she over charged me and didn’t want to give me my receipt. I don’t appreciate her trying to belittle me because of my race. I’ve spent plenty of money at this location because I lived in the area for 3 years. I don’t know if I’ll be returning.
I've been going there for years, but this past experience has been very disappointing. I had to tell the person behind the counter that what they where giving me was wrong. When I got home they still had gotten it wrong. I usually don't do bad reviews about service but this was just a disappointing experience. The overall ice cream is AMAZING. So I'll definitely be going back for that but definitely need to find a better way of servicing the customers.
This is undoubtedly the best Michoacana out of all of them. No one can convince me otherwise. The pistachio ice cream here is exceptional; it doesn’t have that unpleasant dark green artificial color or flavor like the others do. This one tastes great and has a much nicer appearance too.

I really love this restaurant, but I've experienced poor service. The staff doesn't give me enough time to decide what I want, and I often feel rushed into making choices. However, the food is amazing, and everything tastes fantastic!
The staff here are very rude. If they don't like the job, they should work somewhere else—they know what they’re applying for. They’re always acting up and making faces. We’re paying customers, not asking for free service.
I received a complimentary candy stick, which was a nice touch! The ice cream is very colorful, with a great variety of flavors. The yogurt featured at the top of the menu is absolutely delicious!
Dirty and unappetizing… everything tasted stale. The worst $30 I’ve ever spent. On top of that, they were slow and kept forgetting our order. I’ve never been to a Michoacana this disappointing.

Two plain scoops of ice cream... It took the staff 38 minutes to serve us. The worst customer service. Three women running around chaotically. The bathroom was dirty. Terrible experience.
