I've yet to visit, myself, but my partner was quite clever and specially ordered my birthday cake here (a gluten-free, dairy free Victoria Sponge), and my mind was blown!! It was, honest to goodness, the very best most beautiful cake I have ever had, and he's said that they were a true pleasure to work with, as well • perfect in every way, and such a wonderful birthday surprise... we'll be loyal customers from now, on I cannot wait to pop in for more • thank you, so so much!!!
Friendly local cafe with an outdoor seating area. Dogs allowed in outdoor area. I only had coffee, so I can't really give a full review. Had a great selection of homemade cakes and was clearly very kid friendly. Coffee was not great (with the best will in the world I couldn't describe it as a flat white, and it was very bitter and served too hot) , but other drinks may have been good.
This is a fantastic place to pop in for a bite of cake and some coffee. As a visiting American, this was such a lovely treat! The young woman who has helped us every time is one of the most delightful Brits we’ve met and reminds us of home. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Lovely little coffee shop with good food. Pleasant helpful staff. Bacon teacakes, sandwiches toasties are lovely. Had a smashing breakfast today. Plenty of bacon toast on it great latte. Brought home a yummy Rhubarb Strawberry cake Parkin Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Popped in for a breakfast bacon butty and coffee. Friendly staff and friendly customers who thought I needed to chat and included me in their conversation (a nice gesture, I guess?
Not quick at all. Came in for a takeaway. Was sat waiting for 30 mins. Food was OK had better. No cold drink choices.
Great little shop, good menu, plenty of choice, delicious cakes, great atmosphere very friendly, will defo go again.
