Hungry and waiting. Currently there is 2 menus. Menu-A priced at 18.99 Menu-B priced at 22.99 You will also be charged a mandatory 15% of gratuity. When you arrive there is a list where you check in and wait to be called. The wait outside will depend on how busy the restaurant is and the time of the day. Once inside you are taken to a back section of the restaurant were it feels secluded. The decorations and the setup looks rather nice not the greatest but defenetly not the worst I have seen. I came in with a party of 5 and started kind of hectic since it was rush hour. Server was overwhelmed by the amount of people that were coming in. Excellent food?,, my daughter Cynthia took me for my 1st time on father's day and i was amazed by the selection of foods. Our table had it's own grill and we bbq our foods. It was all you can eat buffet but food was brought to our table as needed or requested.. not once did we need to wait for our asked foods, waiter checked on us every time he noticed our food was low!! However, if your not familiar with Korean food, it's probably best to invite someone familiar with Korean names of foods.. i love the spicy sauces and appetizers they have,,,
Our first time here !!!!so far so good... a little dark inside but it's still tolerable.I just wish when we visited when we asked for a booth the waiter didn't let us coz I don't know the reason lol but meats are good not too fatty for the price I think it's worth it.staff are not so friendly but very attentive.Not too crowded on a Sunday after lunch time so I'm happy with that,I wished there's dessert tho but overall pretty satisfied will come back again.we got the cheapest one btw.
Not sure how to get over 4 stars from 1000 reviews?! The place looks old and dirty. The stupid spin is a joke! Condiments didn't look fresh like their flesh. You would add a bliss on your bill also for two people, so make sure not to tap again if you decide to go there even after reading this review! My first visit was great! Amazing service, plenty of portions, and wide selections. I felt like the servers here are extremely attentive, and care about their customers. Just keep in mind gratuity is added to the meal (15% but that was okay for me. Inside, the restaurant was clean and tidy. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my meal here and hope to come back again.
We absolutely love this place! The service has improved even more with the addition of tablets at each table, allowing us to order sides or anything else we need easily. It's definitely a great touch that enhances efficiency! Well done, Red Castle Korean BBQ! Food: 5/5
This is a fantastic spot for gathering with friends and family for a birthday celebration. The food is abundant, and the all-you-can-eat option is excellent! Just when you think you've had enough, the host will come around with more. Be sure to arrive hungry!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful as well. However, we did notice that the waitstaff appeared bothered when we requested extra bread or additional meat.
