Wowwww..11/10!! I ordered half fried and half steamed white meat hainan chicken with papaya salad on the side. Fried chicken had a thick layer of crunch and the chicken was juicy. The pieces they give you were a good size as well. The rice was amazing! Itwas flavorful and just right..savory, light, fluffy, and not salty. They also give you four different types of sauce which Ipersonally didn’t even need but it provided that additional savory taste. The papaya salad was a nice added touch to it. Ihonestly enjoyed it so much and I was eating this on a full stomach. It might be the best hainan chicken I’ve eaten inSouthern Cali. I would definitely go here again.
