I am absolutely in love with this place! The first time I visited with my family, I was a bit overwhelmed by the variety of iced coffee flavors. However, once you find your personal favorite, it truly transforms the experience. My fiancé and I make it a point to stop by Heavenly every time we come from Brooklyn to Long Island. My go-to flavor is banana pistachio, which reminds me of the ice cream sold at Coney Island. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff are always incredibly sweet! I do prefer the East Rockaway location; while the Merrick spot is still good, it just doesn’t compare to the original.
Good little coffee shop right off sunrise hwy! Coffee was nice and strong the the batistas were very helpful and friendly. Decore is nice and features some local paintings and designs. There are also some couches and tables. Probably a nice spot to do some work or read if you have some time. As a coffee guy I'd definitely recommend.

The staff were discriminatory. I won't be ordering coffee from this place again. After waiting 20 minutes for a small coffee, I was treated very poorly. Our community needs to improve.
The coffee is too watered down. I've given it several chances, hoping for a better experience, but it's just average and not worth the price for me.
