Awful, awful service for our Christmas Dinner today. Was never asked if we wanted drinks during our entire meal, so we went up to the bar and ordered while other tables near by had their drinks delivered to their table. Starters were tasty and came quite quickly until our salmon order. They skipped two courses and went straight to our main course. They told us we will sort something out at the end that 's not good enough when you have paid so much money for something that should be high quality. We then waited over 30 minutes for our main course after this. We had an apology for this mess up that 's it. My poor mother and grandmother had to leave to go back to hospital so missed their puddin...
Went on a Sunday evening, we were told straight away that there were no roasts and 3 other meal choices were also unavailable. This left us with a very limited choice of food. Our burgers were barely warm and onion rings were cold. Staff were unattentive and we waited a long time to get the bill after asking for it and then pay so we could leave.
