The overall vibe at the restaurant, thanks to the friendly and professional staff behind the bar, made for a lovely end to a mild November evening. However, I realize I may need an eye exam, which I can't afford right now. I even brought this up to a security professional at a nearby store. Oh well. Next time, I’ll try a different restaurant, but hopefully not from jail! A ghostly figure flew by, not as frequently as the previous one. -Oh my! Check out this look! I feel so out of place! I miss the fun themes and quirky moments we had, like the bronze and vanilla décor, and that memorable couple. Oh, and then there’s Kord...oops, I slipped! There’s also the poster nearby - I wish I could have...
We went there last night to celebrate my daughters birthday. We waited in the front lobby for over minutes before we were acknowledged. There was a bartender who looked over at us several times and didn't say a word to us. Finally an older lady came over and said she will find someone to help us within the next ten minutes Excuse me? You want me to wait here for another ten minutes before you can find someone to help seat us? The restaurant was nearly empty the parking lot had cars... was there really no staff? It worked in our favor, we left and went to Olive Garden and had the most amazing experience ever by our server! Red Lobster you have lost your touch.
Over the past couple of years, it seems like portion sizes have decreased while prices have increased significantly! The Ultimate Feast, which is our favorite dish, has gone up from $25 to $42! If these prices continue to rise, we may find it hard to dine here in the future. On a positive note, the service from a young man named Brandon was exceptional! He was efficient and attentive, always greeted us with a smile, and made sure our water glasses were never empty. The atmosphere remains unchanged, still pleasant, warm, and inviting, which we're really happy about. Overall, we had a very good experience, and our meals were well-prepared and delicious.
We took our daughter to this restaurant to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived, we were told that there might be an hour wait. However, we decided to wait and were pleasantly surprised to be seated in just 15 minutes. Our server was incredibly friendly and communicated well with us throughout the meal. To make the occasion even more special, she brought out a slice of cake for my daughter and wished her a happy birthday. Every time we eat here, we experience excellent service and the restaurant is always clean. The staff are consistently wonderful, and we highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience at this Red Lobster. Since it was a slow day and quite chilly outside, the bartender kindly served us in the dining room area. He was excellent! The only downside was that the restaurant felt cold, and as a middle-aged person of larger stature, I requested if they could raise the temperature. Unfortunately, it seemed like the manager never made the adjustment, so I ended up having my lunch while wearing my winter jacket. Despite this, everything else was fantastic.
Service was extremely slow. It took 1 hour to get started after being seated even with drinks and biscuits. We were told they were out and mixing a new batch. When we finally got to speak with manger and things got better but it was already a badexperience. Don't plan on going to this location again. Food was OK at best. I know everyplace is short staffed but at leastlet customers know what's up if it going to be a while for service,drinks,food whatever,,, Thumbs down
It was oddly dark and borderline creepy in this particular location with an odd assortment of teen pop as the accompanying soundtrack. Most of the food was just what we wanted...except for the waterlogged crab legs that dripped from the shell directlyonto my leg for most of the meal. Other than that, staff was friendly and attentive. Overall we were satisfied and may return.
The hostess was welcoming, and the bartenders crafted incredible drinks. The food was fresh and served hot, particularly the stuffed flounder and lobster dish, which was outstanding. The cheddar rolls were also moist and fresh. Overall, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly—this is definitely an experience worth trying!

Although Call-Pre sessions were only available at this location through OpenTable, I ended up with just a few extra minutes, as they no longer accept Call-Forward or any reservations at all. My server, Alisha, was very courteous and exceptional, especially since I ended up dining alone.
I look forward to this promotion all year round—endless shrimp is always delicious!
