I was disappointed with our experience at the restaurant, primarily due to the assistant manager, Jasmine. She was unaccommodating when we received our food cold and seemed indifferent to our concerns. Rather than addressing the issue, she attempted to charge us full price for the cold meal. We returned the food to the kitchen, but it took at least 15 minutes for it to come back, and it was still lukewarm. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet we waited two hours for poor service. Red Lobster will always be one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoy trying something new here each time I come. Delicious food always. On February 14th, 2022 Came to Red Lobster in Laurel with my boyfriend, they were busy. The waitress was friendly and the food was great! They definitely needed more employees, cuz it was full and needed more assistance. The table was a little dirty. We waited for over an hour for our entrees. It was still alright despite the business.
The meal was a bit expensive for what we received. The fish had a texture that suggested it had been frozen and then microwaved, resulting in a somewhat mushy consistency. I was also taken aback that the kids' meal didn't include a soda; instead, a kids' Sprite was charged at the same rate as a Shirley Temple or another specialty drink. On a positive note, the highlight of our dinner was our server, Kiara A., who was both friendly and attentive. Thank you, Kiara!
It was an amazing experience. Server Haley was amazing. Very professional and excellent personality. My kids have lot of allergies and I don't eat any pork and non halal meat. Kitchen person Morocco explained everything, answered all the questionsand made my order considering all of my requirements. Over all it was excellent experience. Thank you

My experience was amazing! Everything was fresh and fast. I did have a bad experience with the lobster tail tasting like chlorine but the manager came out with excellent customer service to fix the issue. (Vendor issue) Advice for the store: please check the quality of the lobster tails before sending them out. And check with the vendors as well
I visited during the last days of Crab Fest and ordered the Crab Lovers Dream, which came with snow crab, king crab, and crab linguini. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the crab linguini at all. I should have just gone for the Crab Combo, which includes snow crab, and paid an extra $5 for the king crab instead.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN, WELL DONE MEAL WITHOUT FLIES !! Crab was INEDIBLE. I did not pay $80 to eat while listening to the people behind me and my family to talk about the death of their son during surgery !! Brussel sprouts were so raw I could taste the DIRT!!

We were seated promptly, and our server was super friendly and helpful with the menu options. The food and drinks were just what we were hoping for. The staff did a great job cleaning and sanitizing, and the restrooms were spotless. We will definitely be returning!
