However, there were a couple of concerns. When we arrived around 8:30 pm, no one was at the front counter, and we waited about five minutes for assistance. While that isn't a long wait, there was an unsettling drawing on the counter that was visible to all entering customers. Additionally, the manager asked a server if he had cleaned his areas and the bathroom, to which he falsely replied yes. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dusty—I even drew a line on the towel dispenser to highlight the dust. The floor was dirty, the mirror hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there was hair in the sink.

Red Lobster remains a solid choice. The biscuits seem smaller than before, but they're still delicious and warm. I opted for the three-course meal, and while the jumbo shrimp were good, they're not quite as jumbo as I expected. Walt's shrimp was tasty, but I particularly enjoyed the scallops. Some of my companions chose the crab, which they liked. The potatoes were just average, but I made a poor choice with the Brussels sprouts—they were more like tender broccoli. It’s just my preference; others enjoyed the sprouts. Overall, it was a good dining experience.
We hadn't visited this restaurant in years, and honestly, we were pleased with everything. When we arrived, a friendly young man greeted us and mentioned that it was his first day on the job. Once seated, we ordered the Grilled Cajun Chicken with Linguine Alfredo, Coconut Shrimp, and Chicken Tenders. All three dishes were generously portioned. The food was served hot and perfectly seasoned. Our server was polite and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
We came for the 3 from the sea specials they have. You start with app, main course, and ?.. They have great selections I came for wagyu beef burger.. The wagyu is very juicy and delicious meat. If cooked right. But, they overcooked mine and was somewhat dry... ? are waiter was nice but would take forever and we had ask him for everything. Sucks.. I will try again...Happy Health to all

This location of the red lobster has always been very good in food and service. While the food was very nice the service was a little bad because they waited us to get the check and overall was slow. We could not experience a tablet that can make this part of the service faster. Waiting time at the time of the visit was ok
We also ordered entrees featuring lobster tails and steaks, which were delicious. However, what truly set this experience apart from other restaurants in McAllen was the exceptional service from our servers. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were attentive to our needs. We will definitely be returning!
Ordered shrimp with side of rice, I bet the rice taste good when it's served fresh, but unfortunately everytime I have tried it, it's really dry and crunchy. I bet nobody that works there has tasted it, otherwise they wouldn't be serving it. Must do better checking quality of the food.
Excellent food and service! I've visited a few other Red Lobster locations and wasn't impressed by the service, but this one exceeded my expectations. Seafood prices seem to have skyrocketed lately, but that's a trend everywhere. Red Lobster offers a solid seafood menu.

It wasn't long there, but the food was great, the cookies were fresh and punctual. Our waitress was super friendly and awesome so say hello to Yara when you go. Anyway, it'll be back. Food: 5/5
