I don't do Facebook. I'm guessing my experience was due to being short staffed, or in experience staff dealing with customers picking up orders. Arrived at the langhorne location at the appointed time, followed directions posted, waited 15+ minutes, call the number and was greeted with electronic messaging, decided to go in to get my food, waited another 5 minutes to be noticed, finally someone directed me to the bar where my food was waiting. When I got home the order was correct however it was cold and cold seafood isn't really the best. Needless to say our Mother's Day dinner was less than expected.
Was ordering takeout. No one at the front podium. Waited for awhile before walking to bar where take out is ordered. Again, no one there. Saw 3 servers at other end of bar just talking and laughing. Finally, one asked if I was being helped. Told her no but wanted to order take out. Said she has to get the one who handles take out. Eventually I was taken care of after too long a wait
I would recommend this restaurant. I rated the service a 4 out of 5, even though there were only two tables occupied. The waitress did take a bit of time to come to us when we called to place our order, but other than that, everything was great.
My wife and I haven’t been to red lobster in quite a while but when we go we enjoy their seafood at this particular time it was all you can eat shrimp fried, scampi, skewers.

Restaurant was empty but was offered only one option to seat, also the attendant said or accept that or leave, of course I left the place. What a shame!
Service is almost non-existent The quality of the food is bearable It's not what it used to be. Now it's just fast food
Excellent shrimp. Meal was delicious. Broccoli? Caesar salad? Terrific. Red lobster fan for years
