On Wednesday after work, we chose to dine at Red Lobster in Staunton, VA, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision! From the moment we sat down, the staff was attentive, and our fantastic waiter, Preston, made us feel like we were his only guests. He ensured our meals were perfect and frequently checked in on us. The food was absolutely delicious, thanks to the talented kitchen staff! Overall, it was a delightful evening, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Thank you, Red Lobster, for making our Wednesday night so enjoyable!
It wasn't long at this place... like over six years. We were in the area so we decided to stop. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Crystal was our server. She was very nice and inclined to our needs without overcrowding us. We had several rounds of drinks shots, long island, margaritas and an old fashion (which was not good). I had the fish chips and we ordered the 12 ounces. Sirloin and everything was cooked for perfection!!! Try the crispy brussel sprouts!!! Yum. We will definitely come back.
It's always a mixed bag here. I've had wonderful celebrations as well as some that were just okay. The majority of the waitstaff are friendly and pleasant, and I make sure to tip them well. However, during my last visit, I found two hairs in my food. When I held one up to show the waitress, she looked me in the eye and said, "Enjoy your food!" I didn't want to let it ruin my celebration, so I chose to overlook it, but management did address the issue afterward.

I took my wife to Red Lobster for my birthday. We used to visit 5 to 6 times a year, but now it’s down to just a few times annually. As with many places, we've noticed that prices have gone up by about 15 to 20 percent. However, our waiter provided outstanding service, the best we’ve experienced in a while. The food preparation was good, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.
We waited twenty minutes before anyone took our drink order. When our waiter finally arrived, he mentioned that he had just been informed we were at his table. However, once he realized we were there, he provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the food was bland and not good at all. We definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.
My family and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner this evening! We called ahead, and when we arrived, they had a table ready for us. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. With our group of seven, she flawlessly handled our food and drink orders. The food arrived quickly and was served hot! It was absolutely delicious!
