I'm not sure what has changed at Red Lobster since I last visited as a child, but I think my visit today will be my last. I came in for the $24 snow crab special, but I won't be returning. When the snow crab arrived, it was half warm and half refrigerator cold. I pulled apart one of the small sections of the crab leg and immediately noticed it was really cold. I alerted the waiter, who promised to bring out a new meal without reheating the original to avoid overcooking. Less than five minutes later, the replacement crab arrived, but to my disappointment, the first thing I noticed was that it was missing the piece I had just taken off. We waited for 20 minutes without being served, and no one came by to offer us drinks. I usually enjoy Red Lobster, but I was really disappointed this time. It was my husband's first visit, and he ultimately chose to go to Shake Shack across the parking lot instead, as he felt it would be a better experience than waiting without any service. One of the managers seemed surprised when we mentioned our 20-minute wait before we decided to leave. This all just happened half an hour ago.
The restaurant has plenty of parking and seating options, plus a charming patio area. Although the games were on the pricey side, they were still a lot of fun. I highly recommend the delicious chocolate cocktail I had. The Brussels sprouts had a nice bit of heat to them, but my favorite dish by far was the duck wontons—they were simply the best thing we ordered. I would definitely suggest trying those!
This restaurant was amazing! Tom was the friendliest and most engaging server I've ever met. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the overall experience. I opted for the Endless Shrimp Special, which included five different cooking styles. My favorite was the Argentinian Red Shrimp on skewers, and the plain deep-fried shrimp was also delicious! I loved everything! I can't wait to return soon.

I was seated quickly, and my server attended to me within a couple of minutes. However, I did have to wait nearly 35 minutes for my food to arrive after placing my order. It was still warm, but not as hot as I had anticipated. Despite that, I finished everything and felt quite full afterward. I definitely recommend stopping by for a meal if you're in the area!
There’s no point in using the curbside service; every time I try it, I end up waiting and just go inside to get my order myself. By the time this happens, the food is cold. I visited on August 8th at 8:15 PM, and when I went inside, I found several employees at the bar just standing around with blank expressions while my food was left sitting there.
We ordered from the lunch specials, and I had the steak and lobster. It was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. My Caesar salad was also very enjoyable. We've never been disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We typically visit for lunch or on weeknights, but we haven't been there on the weekends.
All the food was very lightly seasoned. I was very disappointed with the food and everything came out not how I remember Red lobster. Even the biscuit. Some of them did not have butter sauce that was supposed to be on it. They need a better chef

Excellent service with quick delivery of delicious, juicy shrimp! Our waitress Tafy was incredibly kind and offered excellent customer service. I have no complaints and highly recommend this restaurant.
Date night was a hit! Delicious dinner fantastic service! Yummy Margherita flights, too!! Watermelon was my favorite!
