Okay, the service was great but the food BAD. Other than the biscuits it was terrible. Unfortunately we ordered several dishes so I won't go over all of them but two that stood out of what not to order was the lobster dip which had was soupy and had 0 flavor and the clam chowder. The chowder almost tasted somehow like tuna and had so much melted butter floating on-top it wouldn't even mix into the soup. Two in my party got salmon, that was passable. We wondered why the parking lot was empty but Popeyes was full and now we know why.
Went there for endless shrimp deal. Waiter was wonderful the server that brought my second round of shrimp ruined my experience completely by sneezing as he got to my table and then attempted to serve me the same food he contaminated all I was offered by management was a free desert . At that point I didn't even want to eat there. How do u attempt to serve me food u sneezed on no mask, no covering your month!! Paid over $50 for 1 round of endless shrimp for me and my daughter
Great, service...the host was very polite and sweet. I believe our server was Karen. She was very attentive, very patient, and sweet. She was serving a lot of tables at once and still made sure we had everything we needed. The food on the other hand was extremely salty and flavorless. They put WAY TOO much butter on just about everything. That is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.
The food was great. The specials are always helpful and awesome. But for some reason, the people who sat behind us were treated better than us. I saw 4 different people serving them. Even manager came out to sing them happy birthday. Yet, I couldn't get my water or my kids refills nor my husband get his tobacco sauce at all. Took forever to get our all-you-can-eat shrimp.
The only aspect I didn't care for was the tank full of lobsters. However, Susie, the bartender, was fantastic! The snow globe sangria was the most delicious drink I've had in quite a while, and it was beautifully presented. And let’s not forget the cheddar biscuits—simply irresistible!
Loved the food and ambience. It was my first time to red Lobster, so played safe with the food choices. Ordered garlic shrimp skewers , crab stuffed shrimp rangoon. Cheddar bay biscuits were top notch. Just loved them
Our server Tom was fantastic and very courteous. My lovely daughter Angelina also works here, and she made me feel extra special on Father’s Day. She truly excels at her job!
This is my favorite place. Love going there with or without an occasion. Love their garlic shrimp scampi. Susie is a great server. Always friendly and happy to serve you .
