The food and service was excellent for how busy Valentine’s Day was. We picked Red Lobster since it’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant. My only complaint would be that we waited 30 mins with a reservation. The reservation was made online weeks prior to the day. The host stand did their best with what they were dealt. Only the guest with reservations appeared to follow the waitlist of non reservation guest. Not what I would expect. We loved the food, we greatly appreciated the service. Everything was excellent beyond the wait to be seated with a reservation.
We had a dinner party for 12 people, and our waiter was outstanding. He interacted well with the children and was very attentive to our needs. The special was unlimited shrimp, and most of us took full advantage of it. We enjoyed shrimp Alfredo, grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp, and plain shrimp. Everyone loved it! We had a fantastic time.
We had a reservation, but waited an hour for our table. We did have five in our party, but there either wasn’t enough servers or cooks because there were two other tables for six that stayed empty the entire time we were there. Our server was great and our food was hot and very good. The kids meals were very plentiful.

Great food, great service overall! Unfortunately there must of been a hiccup with staffing or timing of reservations… waited for 45mins past our reservation time for a table.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this restaurant. Even though I'm not a big seafood enthusiast, my boyfriend encouraged me to try Red Lobster.
Amazing! Out town lost our Red Lobster last year, so this was a real treat. The food was amazing, but even better than that was the service. Top notch!
