Terrible experience. We use Open Table to get on the list. When we got there my name was in the list. However, whiteout hesitation the gentleman in the receiving area of the restaurant told me and my family (in front of everyone) that he was going to put us at the bottom of the list. Just like that. No explanation. I asked why and he said he didn’t know how Open Table works. When the employee in charge of taking people to their tables came to see what was happening he offer to seat us but again the employee in charge said NO. We just recently moved to NC because the company I work for is building a huge new facility here and all I heard about Cary was that it was the best city in NC. Not sur...
I'm so disappointed! Red Lobster used to be a special place to visit, with decent food for a chain restaurant. We should have taken it as a warning when we noticed the parking lot was nearly empty on a Friday night, but we hoped we had just come at a good time. When our salads arrived with the meal, they were essentially just onions and cheese. Mine was so watery that I could have poured the excess out. The food itself was awful—only lukewarm and bland. It ended up being an expensive meal for two, and I left more than half of my dish untouched. They really need to either shut this location down or change the management. I'm truly disappointed and disgusted by the experience!
The food was good, but we were seated at the back of the restaurant which was a good 10 degrees colder than the front. I am not cold natured, but it was simply too cold to enjoy our meal. My wife ended up wearing her winter coat the entire time.
The food was lacking. Definitely needs improvement. Biscuits were burnt. Appetizers took a very long time and they were cold. Crsb legs were extremely salty. The cheddar bay shrimp were over cooked with no flavor.

The service was slow and items kept being forgotten. The food was mediocre at best. However, the biscuits were the one highlight. The restaurant is older and not well-maintained. I do not plan on returning.
Tea was terrible, no salad was provided as advertised, the food was not hot, way over priced for the quality. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The appetizer was decent. Would not recommend
Salad was wilted. Cheddar biscuits were not fresh. Service was great. Food not so much. Red lobster use to be a dinner experience. What happened? They give up? Sure feels like it.
My experience was excellent from seating to service. Food was also great! Enjoyed the new menu selections and my server was the best. Going to visit again soon.

I ordered the Lobster linguine and found it to be very salty.
