I had dinner last night (January 14th), and the service was excellent. However, when my shrimp Alfaro was served, the shrimp still had their tails on. The manager informed me that Red Lobster instructed all restaurants to serve shrimp this way. Really? Now I have to remove the shrimp from the sauce and de-tail them before I can eat! Who thought that was a good idea? I won't be ordering that again, even though it's my favorite. I really didn't appreciate having to dig through my plate with sauce just to get the shrimp out before I could eat!
The atmosphere was really pleasant and clean. The waitstaff were attentive, and the front of house staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the endless shrimp special for Monday, and at no point did I have to wait for my next plate or a beverage refill. Even though they were fairly busy during the dinner rush, I never found myself in need or waiting to keep enjoying my meal. Excellent job overall!
We began our meal with the BBQ chicken flatbread pizza as an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious, particularly with the sauce drizzled on top. The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, and the service was top-notch. Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant experience. However, while everything was good, it fell a bit short of my expectations considering the price.
Our waitress was Tamara, and she was very good. We like fresh coffee, so she made sure we were served with a new pot. She brought each serving out exactly on time. She was very friendly, and the food was delicious on our birthday meal!

Date night with my tall, dark, and handsome partner! They've revamped the salads, and it's the best side salad I've ever had.
Love the food here! Always hot and fresh, never to long of a wait either. Love their salmon and shrimp the best!
It's a great place to eat. Even they were busy we had excellent service and we didn't have to rush our meal.
