I went out shopping with friends from the city, and since there's no Red Lobster in Durango, we decided to visit the one nearby. While they seemed to be short-staffed, I have to say that the service was still very attentive. There were plenty of empty tables, which made it clear that they didn't have enough staff on hand. I really sympathize with the challenges that restaurants are facing right now.
Best restaurant experience I've had in a long time! Our server Emma was awesome and really nice. The older lady that goes around and talks to everyone was also great! Food came in a timely manner. Brussell sprouts were absolutely amazing! So was everything else. Recommend just calling ahead and making a reservation prior to gping to avoid the wait.
OMG, The NY Strip was Cooked to PERFECTION ? and the Endless SHRIMP was Phenomenal. This was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER. Better Get Over Here ASAP and get Yours. Was soo Good, forgot to take pix of the Steak and ? Shrimp ????
Waitress was Very Friendly and helpful. Food was AMAZING!! Had Leftovers and was given a few extra Biscuits to also take home. Had the Walt fried shrimp and Fried Fish. Loaded baked potato. Salad. Can't wait to go back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A year ago, the service and food were lacking. Not sure who mandated a change, but our most recent visit was totally enjoyable. All categories were superb.
