The food was good, I loved the shrimp Alfredo, it was very flavorful!Service was horrible!! I understand we were a large party, but there were hardly any other customers, we booked well in advance and gave a deposit. It took 30min for our drink orders, another 30 to receive them. Then the server asked if we were ready to order, and we said yes, and all of a sudden, she disappeared and returned several minutes later. From the time we arrived and left, we were stuck there for 3 hrs! After we finished eating, we waited for the birthday dessert but gave up and left instead.Family members kindly spoke to Vanessa, the so-called manager, about our experience and she was very unprofessional and rude...
This was our first visit to Red Lobster in six years. We started with pizza and coconut shrimp, and for the main course, we ordered the lobster lover feast. The starters included six shrimp and a thin-crust pizza. In the lobster lover feast, we received two lobsters, lobster with white sauce, and spaghetti. Unfortunately, both the spaghetti and the lobsters were quite bland. The portion sizes were average for the price. Overall, our meal cost $81.
I had not been to Red Lobster in years. The food surprised mate as it was much better than I had remembered. I think they have stepped up their food game although I did not have any lobster I went with the endless shrimp option an it was delicious.The server was very friendly and responsive but service of the food seemed a little slow. It is possible that they may have been shorthanded in the kitchen.I would totally go back again.
I dined in on a Sunday afternoon and noticed the restaurant wasn't very busy, with only one other party waiting. However, due to a large group ahead of us, we waited 45 minutes. Once we were seated, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic, making the wait worthwhile. You can never go wrong with Red Lobster's cuisine—it's always satisfying!

Food quality has gone down the drain. The shrimp skewers were tasteless ,how can a chef not ads salt or pepper. There were 2 or 3 shrimps on the salmon shrimp meal for which they charged 33$. Sides were meh. Over all seems not worth the money. Better seafood restaurants ate there when u plan to slend 80+ on a couple dinner.
I received my salad in a chilled bowl, while my main dish was served on a steaming hot plate! It felt wonderful to return! Our server was incredibly patient and kind, both with us and with other guests. I'm so thrilled that our favorite spot made it through the pandemic!
To be honest, the restaurant does not meet the standards it once had 30 years ago. The service was quite lacking; it took several attempts to get the waiter's attention for water, food, and even just to place our order.

Not many peoe was there on this day..and service was pretty slow. The steak was rezlly tough..and the lobster flatbread had too little lobster for the price.
