I recently placed a takeout order (number 2E83B), and unfortunately, the restaurant failed to deliver on food quality once again. I ordered a dozen Cheddar Bay biscuits, a lobster baked potato, and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry and overcooked, missing the usual buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster in all of my dishes was also overcooked, and I ended up with plain spaghetti noodles topped with the poorly cooked lobster, without any lobster sauce mixed in. I’ve always associated Red Lobster with good food, but this time was an exception. Even the biscuits, which I usually look forward to, were disappointing. My sister and I specifically visited for the salads and cheddar bay biscuits, only to find out they had run out of lettuce and salads. They didn't offer any compensation for this either. Additionally, when I requested extra sauce for my shrimp linguine, they wanted to charge me $3 for just a few spoonfuls of fettuccine sauce—seriously?
Overall, this was one of my worst dining experiences in quite some time. However, I do want to give credit to the new employee who did his best to make our visit enjoyable.
Food is extremely tasty. Is a great place to go for a special event such as a birthday. Have gone to this locations various times with great service provided. Child friendly and food is very fresh. Red Lobster certainly does have the best lobster in town. Be aware that you will have to workout quite a bit after you have finished your meal. ? We chose this Red Lobster to celebrate my father's birthday, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Despite our large group, I was truly impressed by the quality of the customer service—everyone was extraordinarily polite and attentive. The manager, who I believe was named Christina, made sure all our needs were met, and her warm smile enhanced our experience. I will definitely recommend this specific Red Lobster to all my friends. The food we had was delicious, and our waitress provided excellent service. However, the hostess at the front who seats you had a bit of an attitude, which affected our experience. Because of this, I would suggest considering another Red Lobster location. We've visited several, and this is the only one where we encountered service issues.
Service at this location was great, from the hostess greeting us when we came in bring this to our seats, to the waiter who was super attentive interactive with my kids and ensured that our beverages were filled and needs were met. The food was great! Fun place to come to dinner any day of the week.
The restaurant was extremely clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Its location is excellent and very easy to reach. The waiter was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The only drawback is that the restaurant feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.
Our food was delicious and our waitress was great. But the hostess at the front you sit has a bit of an attitude, so alone for this reason and I would say maybe you go to another Red Hummer. We were in several, and that's the only one who fixes their service.

The restaurant was very clean, very pleasant environment. Locations is great and easy to get to. The waiter was very helpful and polite. The only con, was that the restaurant is a little dated and needs some updating
The meal was enjoyable, and there was more than enough food. The waiter was friendly and attentive.
