Side Chef salad. Lettuce was fresh. Came overloaded with croutons and cheese...ratios were off but that's just personal preference as I personally know people who like it that way. 4 shrimp options this year. Unser Server hat das Nötigste getan. Obwohl sie nicht schlecht war, machte es uns nicht besser, den Kellner neben uns zu sehen, der ihren Tischen sehr freundlich, Zeit und Hilfe gab. Sie sprach kaum mit uns, außer zu eilen, unsere Bestellung anzunehmen, Essen fallen zu lassen, um sofort zu gehen, ohne zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas brauchten. Während dies nicht "schlecht" ist, würde ich für eine Mahlzeit, die vorbei ist, hoffen, dass unser Server ein Trinkgeld verdient. Ich gebe lieber zumindest, was ich gegeben habe, aber in Wirklichkeit hat ihr Dienst es nicht gerechtfertigt
our server did the bare minimum. while she wasn 't bad, seeing the server next to us who gave very friendly, time and help to her tables didn 't make ours better. she barely spoke to us other than rush over, take our order, drop food to immediately leave without asking if we needed anything else. While this isn 't 'bad ', for a meal that is over $100, I would hope our server would be deserving of a 15% tip. I prefer to give at least 20%, I gave 18% but in reality, her service didn 't warrant it.
My daughter and I had a delicious meal at the restaurant, sharing brussels sprouts and mac and cheese. The food tasted amazing and the napkins added a nice touch. Although we are not usually fans of Red Lobster, we had a gift card and decided to give it another try. We were not disappointed - the service was excellent once again. Good service can really make or break the dining experience.

we haven't been here for years because of an unfavorable experience. we thought we would give him another one and we're glad we made it! they sat us in the bar area, I was worried that we didn't get service, but the bartender was very attentive and nice. the food was great, the service was great, we will be back!

I had a wonderful experience dinning in. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It wasn't overly crowded. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the food was exceptional. I would definitely go again, and share with others.
more terrible service. had empty drinks when she brought our food and didn't see her again until she checked if we were done.
