My wife and I went for an early dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server was incredibly attentive and polite. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious. She had the lemonade and loved it, while I opted for a beer. We started with the breaded calamari, which was perfect. The shrimp scampi, lobster mac and cheese, stuffed flounder, and shrimp linguini were all remarkably delicious. It's safe to say we were well-fed and savored every bite. And we can’t forget to mention those biscuits—they were fantastic!
We organized a gathering of 20 people and rented the back room, giving us a private space. Our waiter, Michael Preston, provided exceptional service, attending to our every need with a warm and dedicated approach. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, but the service truly stood out. A big shout-out to human resources for having such a humble and committed employee. We can’t wait to return for our next event!
Service: 5/5 - Claudia H. at the bar is the heart of the operation. This restaurant should definitely consider hiring more staff, as there are often around 30 people waiting right when you walk in on weekends.
Food: 4/5 - I had the New Orleans Salmon, which was tasty, but I did find the portion of shrimp served with it to be quite small.
We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered soups and salads, but before we could even finish half of our food, the main meals were served and they were cold. The Clam Chowder was extremely thin and lacked any shells, with just a watery consistency and no other ingredients.

My experience at this restaurant was not good. The bar was understaffed, leading to long waits for cocktails. Once seated, it took a long time to be greeted. The service was overall good, but the food tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. I will definitely be going back to Red Lobster instead.
I was very disappointed! We ordered soup and salad, and before we were even halfway through, our main course arrived just as we were about to eat. The food was cold! The mussel chowder was very thin and lacked substance; it was mostly just liquid with hardly anything else in it.
We went thru opentable and was told we had to wait longer than usual and it was my daughter’s birthday if I had know the wait would be over and hour I would have just left
I can't believe it, but on this night, everything was great at red lobster. Everyone had a meal cooked ro perfection. Our service was great. I'll be back
