Me and my wife took our two small children to this red lobster our first time in this particular location. It took about 10 minutes for a server to get to our table, by the time she was there we made our full order. Our waitress never came back to tend to us and deliver our water or a complementary bread so I went to the bar and asked for water and for the bread. By the time they deliver the water to my table the entrées were already coming out. When they attempted to deliver my entrées I reminded them that I’ve yet to receive my salad. We were visiting Busch gardens for our daughters birthday and decided to come to red lobster. Red lobster is usually one of my favorite seafood places to eat. By the looks of the parking lot the place looked pretty empty. Walked in and was told it was going to be about a 15 min wait. (No big deal) we were seated at 7pm. It took forever for us to get our drinks. We ordered our food right away. We didn’t get our food for almost an hour after we ordered. Our actual waiter was nice but it seemed as the place was short staffed. The food was not super great. 2 out of 3 dishes were not great. They didn’t have anybody cleaning up dirty tables. Almost every table in the place had trash and food on it...
There was nobody at the hostess section and once the hostess arrived she didn't even seem like she wanted to be there, once we were seated it took twenty minutes to have our drinks delivered from the bar. According to the waitress it was the managers fault and we did get a discount for our troubles. But I don't think I will go back to this location, until they learn what customer service is about.
We had a great meal. Everyone in party enjoyed what they ordered from stuffed flounder with lobster, fish sandwich, coconut shrimp, and grilled shrimp. The sides they offer are really good and salad and bread were also fabulous. Priced very affordable nice meal. And our server Kamelia was very sweet and made our lil birthday girl feel special.

A.J. the bar tender at the Red Lobster on Busch Blvd was AAMMAZZZZING! The 5 star rating received was mainly based on the Magnificent $5 Margaritas we had. He was also one of the only servers on staff tonight. He handled all patrons in his seating area, professionally, in a timely manner and even conversated. This experience was definitely 5
No waiting. Awesome service. The food came out quick and very hot. My wife had the endless shrimp. Our server made sure she had what ever she needed. My steak was awesome. No steak sauce needed. We will be back
Our waiter was attentive from the get go but the meal did take quite a while. The fried items were not tasty nor appealing however the baked grilled items were excellent.
Good at first then the server became very forgetful would ask for something and she was very scatterbrained. Very unprofessional

AJ is awesome! My drink hit the spot. You have to try the Tito’s strawberry lemonade!
