RED LOBSTER IS not what I remember when I was younger; the restaurant quality and service has taken a nose dive over the last 10+years. Id say the style of the restaurant is more like A&W with waitresses, the food quality is average at best and frankly any one can make any of the dishes with its flavors at home in your own kitchen. MY waiter last night was Thien , and he was so miserable and passive aggressive, not sure what his problem was . Can you imagine we had the endless shrimp, after 1 round of shrimp we asked for a second, when he took the dirty dishes and cutlery from the table back to the kitchen......he made a uturn and came back to our table and asked us to remove our used cutler...

I have discussed with the employees why they are opentable if they do not make reservations. I was told to take it with the office. so make sure that booking a reservation with this restaurant is useless.

The food was great. I got the combo with the jumbo shrimp skewer, lobster tail and salmon with a side of mashed potatoes and it was delicious. The garlic buttery taste really complemented the seafood
Unfortunately when our food came there was a giant hair wrapped around the crab legs I ordered. The manager handled the situation well. He came over, apologized and took my entire meal off the bill.
Made reservations through Open table which were not honoured!!! Upon arrival they claimed they do not take reservations!!! Manager and Hostess were not respectful when checking QR codes!!
