Found this cute little place on our last pass through Birmingham. The coffee was hot and delicious. I had Maple, one of their fall flavors, and hubby went with his M.O. Hazelnut. Both were great. The pimento cheese sausage biscuits Pimausages she called them ha! were delicious. I don 't do biscuits very often because they 're always so heavy but these were so light and flakey, just wonderful. Before we hit the road we drove up the hill and checked out The Vulcan must see! while we ate and sipped coffee. What a nice way to start a long day. We always stay in Birmingham when we travel back forth from Florida to St. Louis and this will definitely be one of our regular stops!
we love Red Mountain Expresso! always friendly faces and delicious drinks. my kids love the muffins, me and my husband love the chicken salad sandwiches:)Vegetarian options: everything they offer is vegetarian with the exception of the sausage biscuits, club sliders, and chicken salad. they have vegan chips and hummus as well!! lots of muffins, a few granola bars, biscuits, and pimento cheese!Kid-friendliness: the staff is amazing with kids and they have hot chocolate, muffins, biscuits and lots of other kid friendly options!Dietary restrictions: offers alternative plant milks!
Now, for the main highlight: you absolutely have to try their pimento cheese sausage biscuit, affectionately known as "pimausage." I am smitten with pimento cheese, and this biscuit is how I'd love to start every single day. You really need to get one! I'm so glad to have this place just around the corner. Their prices, service, and food quality are far superior to Starbuck's any day!
Very disappointed . I ordered a regular sized or medium…today and watched as the milk steamer person just left the wand in the jug …not properly stretching the milk … the photos are taken as I take off the lid … No sips at all . Why use this size cup ? Might as well use a smaller sized cup . To add insult to injury, it was bitter ,too.

Coffee’s great, service is great and the dogs always love getting a treat. The girl that tells the jokes is the highlight of our Saturday mornings. We’re actually a little sad she wasn’t here today to make us laugh, but the service was still solid??
Cute little spot and always convenient because you can only drive up. There are food options too! Their favorites all seem tasty but I’ve only had one so far! I willDef be back when I’m on the go!
