Loved everything about this place. Friendly, accommodating staff, excellent food and drink. Took my 95 year old mother for lunch. She is on a walker. Bartender came around and welcomed us and held the door. Went above and beyond to find appropriate seating for her needs. Wait staff was great. Food was excellent. We had onion rings (best I've had), fried oysters (tender/delicious), crispy fries, chowder was just right, husbands burger was great. Dessert was a chocolate lava cake that was perfect. Pleasantly surprised at how good this little pub was! Highly recommend. And you don't often see staff as good as these folks were. Lucky owners!
Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, the decor was pleasant. Brussle sprouts were actually good; the burger was also good, but still burping truffle fries taste :(I do not want to deter anyone from trying this place because I think I just had a bad experience with the truffle fries that set the tone for my dining experience. However, please check your oil. If it smells funny, it is old and needs to get tossed out. I would try them again but would cringe when asked truffle or regular fries.
This locations is much cozier, but a much better atmosphere. Great beer on tap, and the burgers are amazing.
A hidden gem! Some of the best clam chowder I've ever had. The service was excellent and very friendly.
