Words cannot explain how bad the pizzas and customer service is in this place. I ordered 2 pizza's for me and my kids, and used these guys as im a firm believer of supporting the smaller restaurants. WOW what a mistske! Raw pizza bases were a understatement and the cheese tasted foul. I called up red planet pizza to complain and straight away there response was we will send you new ones in 20 minutes so fair enough I'll see what they send. WHAT A JOKE! Once again they sent me pizza even worse than the first 2. I even made a point of showing there driver and not even taking the pizza. I sent it back for the place to see the quality they are sending. Ordered a Prosciutto e rucolo which reportedly comes with Parma ham, rocket and shaved Parmesan. Received a margarita with a few slices of ham see photo. Contacted the restaurant and was passed to the chef who informed me he had added the necessary ingredients despite being unable to tell Me what these might be. Further passed on to a manager who said ‘fair play’ and offered a free pizza if I spent another £10. Not entirely sure where we benefitted from that offer. Terrible customer service and I really don’t think it’s hard to make a pizza correctly?
Ordered on Uber Eats around 2 hours ago staff have told me on 4 occasions that it will be 20minutes, 10 minutes and twice 5 minutes. They now can’t get hold of the driver and have given me his number and shock there is no answer. Food is always relatively nice but had this issue on more than occasion from these guys. Probably the worst customer service in the world when any issue. They haven’t once offered my money back or any form of solution. In the staffs defence I get the impression they are not taught to do this
Ordered food online for collection. When we arrived the order hadnt even been prepped. Had to wait. Even with that irder was wrong but didnt realise until we had got home. The pizza was nice but thats about it. Didnt eat the dessert as the guy wasnt wearing gloves and picked it up and put it in it wrapped err no thank you! Absolutely rubbish,late by nearly 2 hours!!! Kept repeating myself the postcode to them.... still got it wrong! We ask for a refund they said £20 off next time... why would I want to go back there.! WASTE OF MONEY-WILL NOT USE AGAIN
There pizza are awful do not order from here, I got small pizza and the pizza was not cooked and complained to them but they don 't care all they say I be making pizza very long time lol
I ordered was told half hour to 45 mins delivery and still nothing 1hr 15mins and food was cold driver and person rude will not be returning that's for sure

45 min wait whilst stood in shop, unhygienic staff, mouldy pizza base, and refused a refund!! stay well away!!!!
