I 've been to other locations and they were good. This one I tried twice and no luck. First time came at 8:30pm when the store hours said open til 9. The door was not locked but the staff just said they were closed. Today went around 5:20pm and they had cakes and slices on the display. I wanted to get two slices. They helped the person who came after me- did not acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. Then when I came up to the register and ordered a slice of cake the response was we 're out of slices today . Really? I could see them on the display. The lady behind me was puzzled as well saying I see them right there so I ask again for a slice of cake and get the same response. I aske...
No stars! Red Ribbon management responds to have me contact them with my experience to have a team member connect me. Here 's the issue with that empty and superficial response:1) you as a manager read the feedback and is now aware of the experience. YOU have your team contact me. Don 't make the customer take extra steps to rectify the experience 2) you as the manager should know you 're giving out bogus and/or broken links to customer serviceOh, Red Ribbon! Does the lack of customer service skills really go that high into your infrastructure?!?
I can understand if they had to close due to the temporary blackout, but it was brief and I didn't think it would impact their business. If one of the employees had simply come out to explain the situation, I wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, they chose to ignore me, which almost ruined my boyfriend's birthday celebration. That's fine, though—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointed! We loved the mocha crunch cakes a few years ago. Frosting was light not too sweet tasted like whipped cream! We got caramel crunch cake which by the way doubled in cost and the cake wasn't very good, the frosting tasted like cheap buttercream very greasy too sweet not great!We'll have to look to another source for our special birthstone cakes.

Not worth the money! Definitely go somewhere else to buy your cake! I picked up the mocha crunch cake, but as soon as I started cutting into it, I realized it was stale; the outer cream was hard. To top it off, I noticed a sticker on the box that said "best by 4/7/2023." That’s a sure sign of trouble!
Don't buy halo halo in this place . They don't answer the phones . They put icing from the cake. not ice cream . Bad attitude of that guy working there. No class at all . Go to a different place to buy your halo halo not in this place .! I won't be back here bad service .! I'm
This place has lots of goodies. It's a good dessert spot along with some empanadas. I enjoyed the in person experience and the choices are almost endless. Great Filipino pastries like the Ube and Mamon. I be back .
The last time I purchased a mango and ube cake, both were stale and the cake itself was extremely dry. Is there any way to address this issue?

Go to place for comfort food Palabok and arroz caldo are my typical orders but I wish they delivered empanadas too!
