I visited this restaurant with a friend and we had an acceptable experience overall. She thought the meal was just okay and pointed out that the service could use some improvement. I noticed that the manager seemed a bit biased, as they checked in on every other table but didn’t come to ours. I shared her feelings; while the service wasn’t terrible, there’s definitely room for improvement. On a positive note, they are following proper COVID-19 precautions by discarding menus after each use, ensuring masks are worn above the nose, and providing self-checkout registers at each table for customers to use after their meals.
I've visited multiple Red Robin locations, but this one truly stood out, especially in terms of managing to-go orders during the pandemic. I ordered my food online and arrived at Red Robin pretty much on time, waiting for less than five minutes to pick up my order. The hostess at the front was incredibly friendly and worked exceptionally hard. Although she could have used some assistance, she handled everything like a pro, answering phone calls and attending to pickup orders simultaneously. When we received our food, it was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience, and I can't wait to return very soon.
This Red Robins location is relatively new. We have been to this location several times. Each time we have had a great experience. Starting with the service, all of our waiters and waitresses have been hospitable. The food is always hot and delicious. The menu has a variety of burgers, which entices us to try different ones every time. The prices are very reasonable and the bottomless fries are an added bonus. They also have a 21 and over side of the restaurant just in case you don't want to sit at tables near children. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with low lighting and captivating pictures.
I had an excellent experience with the customer service and curbside pickup at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and I truly felt I got my money’s worth.
