HERE IF ICH KOLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and a children's chicken strip. And a few wings. After a painfully dying waiting period, and notice that a family behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food without dipping sauces. I asked another server for the sauce and waited another 10 minutes until I decided to stand up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was put on the table. When eating a wing, we noticed that the food was warm not heated and so the burger was with a hard boiled egg at the top instead of over easy. Another pair of 2 explains...
It's hard to beat for the price. I don't know if our waiter was the manager and filled out or just really good at his job, but he was just upstairs and is one of the best waiters I've ever had. Food is really good for the price and is hard to beat. Bottomless Fries are great and all their sauces are S teir. You have dedicated people to frits and drinks, so while your being helped with your order the drink you asked for 2 minutes before arrival and it is really nice. Also hot goth Chick was a waiter, so that is always a bonus.
My friend 6/20 call me to go and celebrate our 6/26 birthday told me that they call before they go in if we could get both birthday parties and they could get YES. We get there and yes, we get our burgers have separate controls to get it free ex Burger. My girlfriend who was her birthday had to pay her food and asked if we could say ice cream nearby? So we didn't celebrate like we were so disappointed about Red Robin and it was a manger TOO! The waitress was super nice.
Red Robin has always been one of my favorite burger spots, but this time I was left disappointed. The double patties on the Haystack Burger were thin and quite dry. However, the toppings were good and helped offset the dryness a bit. Katie Colson(hope your name is correct) made our families experience wonderful. I have been to other Red Robin locations and have never had a server as excellent as Katie. Our family was a large party of at 12, and yet Katie continually came around to check on us and made sure everyone was happy. Please give her a raise, promotion, or both, because she is also very very polite
I ordered the Arctic Cod Fish and Chips again, and I can't get enough of the generous portion of juicy, flavorful fish with its crispy batter. It's absolutely delicious! The steak fries are thick and delicious as well. This is the ideal meal for either lunch or dinner. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Red Robin!
The quality of the food has gone down significantly. Fries are always soggy and theres not even a full order. I attempted to order some sweet potato fries this time too and asked for extra crispy but they came burnt. I should be able to get food to go without sacrificing quality.
I had my first date with my husband 12 years ago. It was then a great place and still has the amazing customer service and the food you want in a restaurant. Great place to get drinks and apps or have a family dinner. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The cooks adhered to the instructions provided with my order, and the food was ready for pick-up at the time specified in the app. Both burgers were delicious, and the onion rings were fantastic!
