My friends and family had to wait over 49 minutes for lukewarm to cold food. I understand that delays can happen when a restaurant is busy, but there were hardly any customers there. There was no justification for the slow service in getting our food served hot. I asked for hot tea three times within 30 minutes, especially since the air conditioning was on despite it being winter, which made no sense to me. After one hour and five minutes, I finally received tea that was barely warm instead of hot. I was really disappointed, especially after coming from Galaxy Con. Additionally, I noticed that some of the baskets holding our food were dirty.
I’ll give this restaurant two stars: one for the food and one for the staff. The reason I can’t give more is that the place was incredibly dirty. The floors were in terrible condition. My partner mentioned that the men's restroom was disgusting, which made me decide against using the women's restroom. Our table was set up in a display area that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I felt a bit sorry for the staff, but they were very slow that day, so it seemed like the manager would rather chat with them instead of taking care of the cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this restaurant.
The food here is absolutely delicious, with plenty of options and customization available. I really love their burgers, and the sauces are unique and tasty. The manager is very kind and approachable; she even handled our food pick-up orders herself. For our takeaway, they included a generous amount of French fries—six portions for just two burgers! As a huge fan of French fries, I couldn't be happier. Overall, they definitely won me over!
I visited the restaurant before catching a movie, and they were busier than Google indicated, which made us worried about getting our food on time. Luckily, since we chose to sit outside, we didn't have to wait long. Our waiter was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff, we enjoyed excellent service and even had time to order more fries. My only issue was that the cod I ordered was overcooked.

The Southern Charm burger is absolutely amazing! It pairs perfectly with the sweet potatoes. I highly recommend it! The restaurant may seem small, but they do an excellent job. The food arrived quickly and was served hot and delicious.
This is one of the best Red Robin locations we've ever visited! The gluten-free and vegetarian options were outstanding!
The Banzai was fantastic. The steak fries were great, and the fudge-filled chocolate chip cookie was exceptional.

Endless sides are a great benefit. Focus on the burgers.
