We had a great experience here, our server Chase was friendly, fast and attentive. My girlfriend got a burger without a bun and it was the best presentation she ever had. Great experience! Updated experience: When we arrived, we said that they cannot have a table of 7 because there were not enough kitchen staff. But they could put us if we split our group into two different sections with two different servers or go our order as one. It doesn't make sense if the kitchen is short, there are still 7 commands. How to split the group or make it as one to make a difference to the kitchen? - 3 stars)
We ordered curbside pickup and, as usual, had to wait over 30 minutes from the suggested time. We live nearby, so it wasn't a long trip home, but the food was just mediocre. The wrap was cold, and the sauce tasted like it had been sitting for a while before being served, resulting in blended flavors that were underwhelming. This restaurant has typically been our go-to for family takeout, but the food quality has declined over the past few visits. On the bright side, the staff is always very apologetic and friendly.
From New Orleans, while visiting our daughter at Case Western Reserve University, she wanted to eat Red Robin. The service and waitress were excellent. The appetizers, drinks and shakes came out quickly. The food arrived on time and was just as we ordered, also with the additional items and changes. We were very impressed by how friendly and punctual they were as a team. This location was well managed, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend a visit to this place and we plan a return.
Our appetizers (fried pimples) were burned to a crab. The server refused to apologize. We asked for no salad, tomatoes or onions and all this came on my burger, as the server also refused to put the order supplements into the system. She said she would refill my empty water and if the food runner would get it out after my whole meal was finished. My experience at this restaurant was on a Sunday afternoon and it was really busy. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but the server was nice and the food was good. The booths looked a bit worn and could use an update. We ordered pizza and salad, and the salads were bottomless which was great. The pizza was from Donatos, one of my favorites. Overall, it was a good experience despite being short-staffed. I would give it 4 stars and will definitely go back.
Last Friday for dinner and the service was good. Not at 6:00. The salad they had on the menu is called Avo-cobb-o salad. It was really good, refreshing, had only the right amount of stuff on it (even if I wish it was more avocado on it) but it wasn't a deal breaker. The Speckkäsefondue also got signature frits with one side from there. In any case, can't go wrong. They were from their lemonades who were sad, but again it was not the end of the world.
The burgers and fries are really delicious at this restaurant. I had a great time with my son celebrating his birthday. The waitress seemed a bit distracted, but that didn't dampen our experience. We visit this restaurant frequently because it's my son's favorite burger spot.

Exceptional service and delicious food! I highly recommend this place—definitely a 10/10! Our server, Karissa, was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed.
