hostess seemed to be irritated when I asked for a stand. I think zoe was very nice. Could have been a bit more attentive, but she could be new. we ordered a refill on steakfries and sweet potatoes. the older gal who brought her, said: "I said she was sitting on the table and went so fast I didn't have time to tell her that one of the refills should be sweet potato, both they brought Steak-Fries. and one basket was stacked on the other. not very hygienic. I don't know how the baskets are washed. we didn't eat the lower basket. I told our waitress she offered to bring more sweet potatoes, but I refused when we left. The last stop was the restroom. very disappointing for a restaurant bath.
The service was great, our waitress was attentive and nice. The appetizer drinks came out fast and the tasted delicious. It’s the main course that was absolutely disgusting. Thinking about it lowkey makes me wanna puke. For a 12.99 burger It just tasted like a frozen patty I could of got from the grocery store…. The burger wasn’t hot, it looked kind of overcooked. And just wasn’t at all what I thought I was ordering. The fries were burnt and most of them were inedible. If I come back, it’ll be for drinks apps not for a burger which I thought was their specialty???? WEIRD
the staff is very helpful and friendly. our server matt was on his game. we wanted to order the swirl ring stack, but they were out of them. (the supply chain is now low). try the southern charme burger?. delicious! and groundless pommes. for dessert- they'll get the Donut stack. you get caramel and chocolate dipping sauce to go with it. yum!
Been a while, like many years from last time I was at a r.r. was just meeting up with a friend for couple drinks. Server was quick and courteous. Menu looked very appetizing and food being delivered looked yummy. Will be back to eat. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
had a wonderful time with the family tonight. we haven't waited too long for a table. our server, matt, was great! very attentive and friendly. the food came out quickly and it was delicious! we will definitely return!
The service was awesome, our server Missy was super friendly and helped clarify all of the gluten free options. There is definitely quite a lot of them! They all taste amazing!! One of my favorite restaurants for sure.
Nice place to come into for a good burger and a beer, if ya want. Lunch time gets busy quick nowadays, so if you can do a bit earlier, it'd be good.The wait staff is friendly, personable and the service is quick.

This place is trash. I don't know if they are all new people or just not good at their jobs but this place needs some work as far as employees go.
