Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

we love red robin, but this time was very disappointing. we get that they're understated, but they just shouldn't have waited for many tables if they couldn't handle it. we waited an hour for our food. we ordered a burger and two groundless mac and cheese, but only one of the mac and cheese was warm. we ordered for 2 more mac and cheese and it took 20 minutes. one of the mac and cheese was cold again. the pommes were good, but that was the only decent thing we had tonight. we usually tap more than tonight. will not be here for one.

we tried the pizza with flower charcoal. very good, a little crispy, but good. the staff was super friendly and service was good, really fast. they have someone to serve and take their order, and then others who bring drinks that is beautiful. then no one is overwhelmed and the customer is happier. I took the new lemon cake home. it was good, but the frosting texture was different. I mean, it was good, all as a whole. Maybe I'll let it warm before I got home? they will not be disappointed there.

Had an Amazing server tonight. Erik provided the best service possible. He had a great attitude and was very attentive to what we needed. Food was great as well. Everything came to our table at once and was very warm. Thanx Red Robin

server do not even see contact to the customer after they have served their order, it seems as if they were afraid that they ask for more xtra-Fries. no straw or spoon for my root beer. very slow and poor service this time.

despite the current employment environment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. but eat it. I might have gone to mcdonalds too. has red robin not even sold real burger?
