I'm concerned this might be a bad sign for Red Robin, as we've already lost quite a few good casual dining options in the area. Terrible experience. I ordered grilled chicken and fries, but the chicken was cold when I received it. When I informed my waitress, she brought me another piece of chicken that was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. To make matters worse, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. The condiments were frozen, and overall, it was just a really disappointing experience.

Disappointing, unwelcoming, and far from appetizing—never again. I waited an hour with absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff. I can’t believe I paid $16 for these cold, hard, and unappetizing wings.
The burgers here are incredible! The service is attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a lovely open layout filled with art. Plus, they offer bottomless fries and root beer!
I visited Red Robin and I have to say that they serve the best gluten-free bread I've tasted in any local restaurant! I highly recommend sticking to the burgers...
