The burgers here are really good, but the servers could use better training. This was the second time my family and I visited after receiving promotional emails from Red Robin. When we arrived, I inquired about the promotions, and a very nice young man assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. However, I later discovered that they would only honor one of the promotions, not both, which was a bit disappointing.
Wow, the kids absolutely adore this place! Their top picks are the drinks and fries. It does get a little messy with all the children around, but that’s to be expected. We’ll keep returning as long as the kids want to visit. It’s definitely one of the best family-friendly spots in the area. Plus, the drinks for adults are excellent!
Delicious burgers and tasty food overall. The service is adequate, though I believe it has room for improvement (not criticizing anyone—everyone has off days, especially in the hospitality industry). Prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food justifies it.
Update on 9/10/2022: What happened?? Oh my gosh... the fries were cold, the burgers were cold, and I asked for ranch dressing three times. We weren’t the only table experiencing this. I’m probably not going back, which is a shame. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Overall, the burgers and drinks are really good, standing out compared to Applebee's. It can get a bit crowded on Sunday nights, though.
The Whiskey River chicken burger never fails to impress! The food was tasty, though the service was quite slow.
