I am fairly new to the area and did not have Red Robins where I lived previously. I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of quality and service found at these restaurants, and this location was no different. The staff was prompt and attentive, the food was of very high quality and cooked correctly to order. There is a full bar and the bar staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, not only would I eat here again, but I would actually PURPOSELY visit. Seems like the perfect place to go to watch a game or visit after work.
Our server was excellent! Unfortunately, the menu seems to have changed, and some of the items we wanted were either unavailable or removed entirely. We had hoped to order our favorite chili, but learned that all of their soups were either out of stock or no longer available. I love their hamburgers, but they also don’t offer the adult version of macaroni and cheese as a side anymore, along with a few other things I can't recall at the moment. If you’re expecting the classic Red Robin experience, you might be disappointed.
I do not recommend this location at all. Disorganized from top to bottom. The host and servers looked absolutely confused. One of the waiters kept touching his face mask (so not hygienic) and taking orders while trying to manage the other wait staff. The food was cold and looked totally unappetizing. We left. I do not recommend and will not return.
Dont they check order before pickup no drink in bag just straw the burnt end burger looked delicious but was cold as were the onion rings the salad had the wrong dressing mostly all lettuce very little cheese no tomatoes 5 croutons have to have delivery because i am in a wheelchair please double check orders
Probably the finest quality burgers and selection in Bowie. Yukon chips are excellent side choice and come with burgers as do any of the french fries choices. There are also many chicken and salad choices. Most non alcoholic drinks are refilled free. Great lunch place . Prices are mid range.
Every burger ordered is well prepared. Staff take their time and thank you to you and your staff. Orders are always fresh and perfectly done. Thank your staff they make you look great. My mother does not eat burgers and today she ate the simple burger. Awesome all around. Thank you.
The grilled chicken Cobb salad was absolutely delightful! It featured fresh greens, avocado, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles. Even the ranch dressing I requested on the side was perfect.
Enjoyed my food, relaxed atmosphere, comfy booths. Staff definitely teamed up to provide great service working together. Place could use a little revitalization but overall great experience.
The food was perfect. My server was nice, but only what she needed. It felt like we forgot a few times. All in all, it was a good visit.
