I haven?t had Red Robin in a year, because the previous few times, my order was wrong. It wouldn?t be a big deal if it wasn?t so wrong that I couldn?t eat it after trying to add/remove things. But I had a gift card from Christmas I wanted to use. I tried ordering online for curbside pick up, but couldn?t use my gift card because it didn?t have a pin. Why sell gift cards without a pin? So instead, I called the order in. The automated system change one of my burgers completely and not one of the burgers were customized as specified. I have eaten about a dozen times at this point, and overall I would say that they are a solid 4/5 stars. I go with 5 for this review because the last few times the food was absolutely perfect. Tonight we ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger, the Smokehouse Brisket Burger (limited time special and Mozzarella sticks. The burgers were perfect and the mozzarella sticks were perhaps the best I ever had. (I know they are probably frozen bars like any other Fast Casual restaurant, but they were so good! It's Saturday afternoon. There's six cars in the parking lot and this place is on a 30 minute wait. They're clearly not ready for the big time. Save yourself the time and go someplace where they know how to run a restaurant. Edit:. Gave this place another shot two weeks later. It does seem to be improving. The wait was still a bit too long for a mostly empty place, so it's clear there's staffing issues, but once we sat down the service was perfectly pleasant and the food was solid. Added a star to compensate. I hope the trend continues.
On September 5, 2022, I visited the restaurant and found the food to be quite good. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings, which were enjoyable. The waitress also provided good service. However, the reason I gave a low rating was the incessant loud whistle coming from the kitchen. I assume it was meant to signal the waitstaff that an order was ready, but there must be a better way to do this that doesn’t disturb the customers. I was eager to leave because of the noise. I went there on mother's day. I knew ahead of time there would be a wait. After waiting for ever an hour we were finally seated. After waiting another hour for our food. Is was ok. Except for the Brisket burgers. Made my husband and step son sick. Didn't even finish eating. Manager did take it off bill. As we were leaving another table was complaining about the same burger. Waitress was sweet. Very attentive. First and last time at Red Robins.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was quite enjoyable. However, the cleaning product they used had a very overpowering scent. I would still recommend visiting the restaurant; the cleaning smell is just a personal preference of mine. I prefer to smell the delicious food being cooked rather than a hospital-like aroma. That said, many people might actually appreciate the fresh scent of the cleaner.
I visited the restaurant on Sunday the 20th and was initially unsure, given my less-than-pleasant experiences at other Red Robin locations. However, the hostess, Rachel, was incredibly kind and friendly. She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which left me with a very positive first impression of the restaurant. I wish there were more people like her spreading kindness in the world!
