The staff at this restaurant were friendly and welcoming. My family enjoyed the burgers, and I was pleased to see that they had options for vegetarians and vegans on their menu. However, I was surprised to learn that the vegan burgers were cooked on the same grill as the meat, while the vegetarian burgers were fried separately. I expressed my concern to a staff member, who explained that they did not have a separate grill for vegan/vegetarian options. I suggested that they should put up a sign to inform customers of this, considering that some people have specific dietary, health, religious, or allergy-related reasons for choosing these options. Ordered food to be delivered for 18:15 as its dinner time with the kids. At 18:50 the food has still not arrived. I called them and was told we have 50 delivery’s so there is nothing they can do about it. They will be 10 minutes when I know the drive from the takeaway to my house is 20 minutes. No apologies, terrible service and rude staff. Shouldn’t say you can deliver at a time if you can’t. I could have collected the food or ordered earlier.
I’m not a big fan of chicken when it’s from a takeaway to be honest but Rooster Shack is the best place I’ve been! I love it, unlike KFC it’s not drowning in grease and you can actually taste the chicken, also have the best fries! Just perfect and you must give the milkshakes a try!!! 10/10 to be honest!
On my mums life your chicken is 100% better then kfc chicken they can never dream off making it so good like you guys do and your customer service is so good too love to come in there it makes me fill so comfortable bro by the way I’m from Brazil and I never seen no chicken like yours :
