Red Rose Felixstowe

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the Red Rose for the first time tonight. The food took 60 minutes to arrive and when it did, the delivery man asked us to sign for it but didn't have a pen. We ordered the vegetarian set menu for two, as we are strict vegetarians and made sure to indicate this in our order. However, my partner discovered beef in the vegetable samosa, which we had to spit out. This upset me and made me question the rest of the food, so I couldn't eat any more. While the food I did try was good, the mix-up with the beef was unacceptable given our clear request for a meat-free meal.
