The staff was AMAZING, so friendly and friendly. The restaurant was perfectly clean and aesthetically appealing large atmosphere and staff. The pizza and the calzone were fine. I prefer Papa-Johns to be honest. I don't think it was all the staff could do, the dough just seemed frozen or prefabricated. Toppings were fantastic! The dough just seemed strange, flat and chewing. Not what one would expect from an oven.
They are usually quite good, but today seems to have been an off day. The lemon pepper chicken wings were just okay. However, her salads are excellent, and the gelato is really delightful. I ordered a pepper pizza with extra pepper, and it just didn’t hit the mark. Overall, it must have been an off day for them.
We always have a great experience when we dine here. Both our grandchildren and we really enjoy their pizza. I have a gluten allergy, and I’ve never felt unwell after eating at Red Brick, which is a definite plus!
