A friend suggested this restaurant to me and recommended two dishes to try. I enjoyed them both so much that I immediately placed another order. I've now sampled four dishes, and each one has been even better than the last. I can easily finish an entire meal and feel completely satisfied. I've tried other places before, but I've never felt truly satisfied until now. I've already placed my next order, and I must say, the cookies and cream oats are the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!
I had a nice experience when I ordered my meal at this restaurant, as the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I found the food to be unappetizing and hard to eat. I had been dreading this meal all week and ultimately ended up throwing away some of it because the taste was so disappointing. Moreover, the broccoli was undercooked, and reheating it created a strong smell in my apartment. I felt embarrassed warming up my food at work due to the odor.
I decided to give these meals a try to save some time, but I was disappointed. The portion sizes were inconsistent, as noted by another reviewer. The food was bland and lacked seasoning. I've tried two other meal prep services, and while this one isn't the worst, it's certainly not the best. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again.
I had been a regular at a restaurant called HMD for years, but I noticed a decline in their quality alongside rising prices. I needed to find a new place, and I’m so glad I found A Speech. I get all my meals for the week here. Best tasting meal prep I’ve been able to find on Long Island.Highly recommend the Hawaiian salmon, and general tso chicken w/ dumpling.
This restaurant is a must-visit on evenings when I don't want to cook. The food is not only tasty but also nutritious, making it a convenient choice for busy moms like me.
Redefine is the best on the Island !! Better than hummus, swole house, and healthy meals direct.
