I visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty empty when we first got there and there was only one person working. That person was taking orders, making drinks and serving the food. The workers seemed to have a bit of an a, however we kind of just brushed it off. After about half hour or so being there the place started to get more packed and still there was only one person working the whole room. She was visibly getting overwhelmed and it definitely showed in how she was speaking to everyone. Besides the disappointing service, I will say that the food we order was really good. We got the beet and goat cheese salad, the wings with like this Korean bbq sauce, the fried buffalo cauliflower...
Overall, I found the experience disappointing and wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere feels more like a large hotel lobby than a dining space, lacking any real ambiance. I regret not examining the pictures more closely before choosing to visit. As for the food, the Coke glazed short ribs could have been enjoyable, but they were severely overcooked and completely dried out. The vegetables were passable but lacked flavor. On a positive note, the mashed Yukon Gold potatoes were very good. However, the menu was quite limited, and what was available on-site differed significantly from what I found online. On the bright side, the service was friendly and attentive.
Terrible service, mediocre food, noisy, and overpriced. I arrived just after 6 PM and found the restaurant nearly empty, though the bar had a few patrons. It took the hostess over five minutes to bring me a menu, and after another ten minutes, a waitress finally came to take my order. I chose the Bourbon Beehive cocktail, Brussels sprouts, and a wedge salad. Unfortunately, my drink took a whopping 35 minutes to arrive and was almost undrinkable, especially for $16! The Brussels were flavorful but overcooked to the point of being mushy. The salad was acceptable, but the bacon was low-quality food service bacon clumped into big chunks. I would not recommend this place.
We were amazed at how great the food is at the RedEye! My husband is British and I’ve had my share of fish and chips—my whitefish sandwich on pumpernickel bread was outstanding! The best crispy batter ever. My husband had the salmon with peach compote also fabulous. In speaking with a hotel guest in the elevator, he a,so acknowledged the great food saying it was awesome! I highly recommend this restaurant. And Ashley is wonderful! We will come again. Brian and Gail Holman

Booked through open table to have a reservation. Wasn't aware it was in a Hilton hotel. The food was delicious but the prices were higher than expected. The dry rub smoked wings and cornbread muffins were my faves.
Great service and tasty food. Setting is within a Hilton hotel lobby/ lounge so just be prepared for that. Great experience overall!
Great place for breakfast! They have a wide range of options, so there's something for everyone. Definitely worth the price.
