We had never been to Aberdeen WA but during a long drive after tourist activities in Olympic National Park and a very hungry crowd looking to eat, we looked up and found this oasis on the way back to the Tacoma area. People first Amanda was our most excellent server: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and greatly appreciated. Food next Small plates: the cabbage Caesar was amazing, the beets, the focaccia, and burrata were equally impressive offerings. Rediviva is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is top-notch, the drinks make you want to order another, and the juicy, tender Wagyu cheeseburger was out of this world, yet we didn’t have to leave Aberdeen for the experience. I chose to eat with my hands because it’s the best way to enjoy and respect such a delicious, carnivorous bounty. It’s how a burger of this quality ought to be eaten. The salad on the side added the perfect complement. And it left me full and incredibly happy. Add a couple genius concoctions from James and it made it the best meal to have after a long day. I will be back.
I had a one night stopover in Aberdeen and I’m glad I found this place. I got the bread, beet salad and the scallops. The food was really great and with what seems like limited options in the area this place really stands out. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable for a higher end restaurant where you get quality food. The portion size of the scallops was pretty good compared to what I’ve seen at other places that charge you more for less, and the sea beans in the dish were new for me and were awesome! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant in Aberdeen.

Soon becoming our favorite place when driving by Alberden, second time dining here and did not disappoint, cheerful,attentive service. Tasty cocktails and creative fresh dishes! Get there early before the gnocchi runs out. Def returning!
Great sourdough focaccia. Delicious Alder&Blood Crème Brûlée. The bartender is on-point as always and the waitstaff does impeccable work. Really friendly and they all do a great job. Nothing on the menu makes you question your choice.
Great meal, drinks and attentive plus friendly service. My wife and I have enjoyed dinner and each time quality prep of meals were top notch. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
