On a recent trip to Reims we drove out to the LeClerc hypermarket complex at Champfleury. We spotted Reds across the car park and decided to give it a try. Oh wow! The interior is sleek black and red and grey leather chesterfield chairs at low tables and more formal dining tables. The menu covers the Asian Fusion food idea admirably. With a view of the kitchen, some customers were even looking over the counter to watch the chefs preparing heir food! We chose the 4 seasons sharing platter and had some of the best sushi and sashimi we've had for a long time. Accompanied by steamed rice and miso soup it was faultless. The wine list is good (well it is France after all!) The only disappointment...
