Red's Savoy Pizza - Tisch resevieren

this is in reference to a situation that occurred on Sunday 08.20.2023. I tried to order on line and the website continued to say that the Vadnais Heights location does not deliver here at this Vadnais Heights address which is truly 2 blocks from the Reds on County Rd E.So I called and that is the first mistake I made. I should have ordered from Carbones Pizza. When the person answered I tried to explain what was happening and that is when this person started to talk down to me and treat me like an idiot.She continued to say that I was on the WBL location and that is why this message continued to come up. I grew up on red savoys but these francise locations do not make pizza like the st paul restaurants did. These pizzas are light and have as much cheese as a dominos pizza. I asked what happened to the usual amount of cheese and the gal behind the counter said its all controlled by corporate. Oh well ill have to get it from st paul next time. Cheese bread was still the same that was delicious.

Purchased The Red's House Special carry out. The pizza was disappointingly lacks flavor. I felt a little ripped off when I had had to pay $35 for this pizza. The menu on the front counter indicated a price $28 plus tax. The lady told me that was the old price. Okay, then you should had honored the $28 price and remove the old menu. Just bad customer service.

Worst customer relations ever!!!! Close at 8?? I called Monday at 7:25 no answer, called Tuesday at 7:15 no answer. Called Wednesday at 7:05 and they told me they didn't deliver it's too late. Called these guys at 8:15pm. They put me on hold for 10 min then hung up. I called again, no answer. Called again, (8:30pm) they answered and said they're not taking anymore orders. Gave us the run-around so they didn't have to work. Ended up ordering pizza man. Fantastic service.

Refuses service because they had a busy day even though they don’t close for a half an hour. And yells at the people ordering pizza. Including throughout accusations of being a “no tipper” how would they know they refused the order!!!

The pizza was cold when I got it home and I live 10 minutes away. I ordered pepperoni, onion, green pepper and green olive. It was more like a green olive pizza. So many olives! The franchise is just not the same as the original.
