I attempted to make a reservation for my fiancé's birthday in a quieter area of the restaurant. I explained that it was a special occasion and that I was intent on planning an extravagant evening by paying for and ordering all the food and wine at the time of the reservation. However, I was informed that they wouldn’t accept the reservation because there would be fewer than ten people present. They suggested that I call after 4 PM to assess the likelihood of securing my desired seating area. This is quite disappointing. This restaurant was an amazing experience. The decor has a classic American steakhouse or bistro vibe, which I absolutely love. We sat at the bar, and our drinks were always topped up. The bartender made the night so enjoyable with his professionalism and humor. The food exceeded all expectations. The Brussels sprouts were incredibly delicate and cooked to perfection. The steak on the Caesar salad was absolutely flawless. I could eat this food every day in Minnesota! A big shoutout to the staff and management for a job well done. Redstone has officially earned a spot on my must-visit list!
We placed a large takeout order for a group and received an enormous amount of food. We were a bit unsure whether the takeout would match the experience of dining in, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the ribs fell off the bone and were incredibly tasty. Even the woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious, upscale cuisine for a lovely meal at home.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast is outstanding, offering a fresh take on the concept. I appreciate that it's not exposed to everyone, preventing any potential sneezes from contaminating the food. Great service from the staff, we were there for dinner as a quick business meeting. Food was great! Menu selection seems to have been cut down from the past and the portions seem smaller. I don’t know if this is a result of the pandemic that continues to change the industry. Otherwise I would recommend.
My boss and I shared some Calamari. For lunch I had her ribs that were brilliant. I had the full order and was surprised how many they served. I took it off with her chocolate cake. Another great experience! Take a lot home.
