I was very excited to try this restaurant but so disappointed after eating there. I love fried oysters and was so happy to see that they had these on the menu. Well, if you like fried breadcrumbs, then you would like these. I did not taste even one whole oyster in the entire platter. I ordered Cole Slaw in place of fries but got fries instead. Viola ordered Shrimp Scampi. It was the most tasteless Shrimp Scampi that I have even had. The service was SLOW. When I expressed my opinion to the waiter, he was very apologetic, but he did not cook the food. He sent the manager over and when I repeated my opinion, she did not do anything to make it right. She only stated that they only use whole oyst...
We went there for Mother's Day brunch. They gave me the wrong food at first. They let me keep it anyway since they were going to throw it out. Then my actual food didn't taste good and I didn't finish it. I preferred the wrong food. It also took almost 40 minutes for my son's hamburger to should up. Poor thing was starving. Also, when the check came we realized they put 4 items that we didn't order on it. They were for the table next to us and they took it off of oue bill. Then they didn't give me the food I asked to have wrapped up when we left.
The service was good, nothing to rave about, I found the runners who brought the food friendlier and nicer than our waitress, who basically gave yes or no answers instead of suggestions, brought the check when we were done and thank-you. The food was pretty bland and lacked flavor and perhaps seasoning. The location is great and has a fantastic view of the city, other than that the price was not worth it.
The bread on the table was so hard it could have been used as drumsticks, so we asked for a softer basket of the same density. The lobster bisque at the neighboring table was sent back. The menus were sticky and had tiny print at the bottom stating that prices were for cash only, with a 4% surcharge for credit card payments. After paying for our drinks in cash, we decided to leave.

I would suggest trying out Reel for dining al fresco by the water while enjoying live music every night. The food is nothing extraordinary, although it's decent. You can find better options nearby. The highlight of this place is definitely the ambiance rather than the food.
Food was excellent. Service not good. Waitress did not seem to have experience. Did not come to check to see if food ok. Food cold and over cooked. Not how ordered. Never came by to see if we wanted more drinks. No bread sticks brought to table although we asked 4 times
this place is terrible. there has been potential, location, but eating is disgusting. I had better eating in my high school cafeteria. I ordered this.
Two people in our group didn't get their food until after everyone else had finished. The kitchen needs improvement.
